When on the trails I’m having coolant come out of the overflow on my ‘23 RMZ250 Stock radiator cap is a 1 1 bar I was wondering how much higher I can safely go with the radiator cap pressure rating I see a lot of folks running 1 8 bar but would a 1 4 bar be safer and not risk blowing a line?

It is either hot (plugged radiator, low coolant, bad water pump) or the cooling system is seeing over-pressure (head gasket, cracked head) Either way, pressure is exceeding the pressure rating of the cap
