- Enfield No4 MK1 (F) FTR value? | Snipers Hide Forum
The title says it all I came into a British Enfield No4 MK1 marked (f) FTR a little while ago and was wondering is someone could put a value on it for me It is a very nice rifle and the bore is great too All matching numbers and original volley sights Thanks,
- 1945 BSA No4 Mk1 T sniper with Transit Chest
I have been told that it is a legit No4 Mk1 (T) that was produced in early in the production run either by Enfield or H H before the markings' system to become standardized The rifle went through a arsenal repair indicated by the "FTR Factory through Repairs" stamp on the butt socket ring and the new Canadian Long Branch barrel dated 44 45
- Newer scope with vintage look for Enfield mk1 no4
That in itself isn’t easy Most of the reproductions parts are cheap knockoffs that will require extra work to get right When I did it (built up from just a No4 action, so no raping of an existing rifle) I sourced my parts from the UK and had the rifle built by collaboration between Brian Dick and Bruce Dow
- No. 4 mk1 (T) questions | Snipers Hide Forum
For clarity, No4(T) production was limited to rifles from RSA Enfield, BSA, Maltby, Savage and Long Branch Laidler gives the total number of rifles from these sources converted to T spec as Holland Holand 23,177, Enfield 1,403 and Long Branch 1,141 a total of 25,721 No T spec rifles were ever produced by Ishapore

- Reloading for a Enfield no4 mk1 | Snipers Hide Forum
I've recently refinished a bubba'ed no4 I picked up The bore of the barrel looks flawless and it has a number 1 bolt head I'd like to reload for this rifle and see what it's capable of accuracy wise I've never loaded for a rifle case that head spaced off the rim Is there anything different
- Correct sling for Enfield No4 Mk 2 | Snipers Hide Forum
Hi, I have an Enfield No4 Mk 2 made in 1955 at Fazakerley What is the proper sling for that rifle? What color sling, and brass or steel ends? Thanks for your help
- Making a No4 Mk1 faux T | Snipers Hide Forum
I recently refinished a bubba'ed no4 mk1 I picked up from a guy off Armslist, the barrel looks great and has a number 1 bolt head and from my initial range testing it appears to have good accuracy potential I'm wanting to scope this rifle, I want to go with a no 32 scope and was looking at the repro made by numrich
- US PROPERTY no4 mk1 Savage with South Africa mark
i got lucky several years ago with one I met a guy to buy a 22 and he sold it to me and also pulled out a No4 with some original bandoliers and bayo and asked if i wanted it I bought it for 500 Turned out it was a No 4 MKI Longbranch that never got updated to the MKI* and never went through FTR
- Enfield No4 Mk 1 (T) Sniper, now for sale | Snipers Hide Forum
All I have been able to find for the No4 Mk1 rifles is vintage mags that aren't in the best looking shape and go from $40 and up I found that there is a reproduction mag for the No1 Enfield, but it doesn't work Now, I may have misread it, but I thought I read something saying that the No4 mags were just altered No1's
