I would go to the usps com website and click to get updates--either text or email This sometimes gets things showing up in tracking To call USPS, it's 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) If you'll dial 0 a bunch of times quickly, sometimes you can get a real person more quickly Although last time I had to wait about an hour and 15 minutes!

There is a 60 day USPS time limit on filing a dispute I do not know if USPS uses the date they notified Etsy - or - if it would be 60 days from when Etsy "notified" the Shop Since we do not know how long Etsy's actual delay was, the time frame to file a dispute could be very short for Shops

When I checked USPS tracking, it’s shown it’s still in California and it’s “in transit, arriving late” The customer gave me a One- Star review because “shipping takes forever” So I sent out a replacement package for the customer on the 11th of November to try to make things right

The next night I couldn't get anything to work on the website and just got a message saying the pick up service was unavailable I'm assuming it's due to the USPS being busy with the election and also due to the pandemic raging on I'm sure it's temporary but it would be nice if USPS put up a notification banner or made some sort of announcement
