13 votes, 35 comments true This might not be the solution but recently (after resetting my quest 2), even though the developer option was turned on the headset I couldn't get the headset to pop up the debugging connection permission when I connected to the computer

Hi there, My Oculus Quest 2 is not being detected by Sidequest I've completed all of the developer mode steps both online and on the phone-- the developer tab even shows up on my headset (connection dialogue is enabled)

Make sure you are on the primary account the headset is registered to If you aren't, you won't get any kind of popups For me this was relevant because I wanted to install the new in headset Sidequest app I was able to get it done, and it's great, a must have Cheers, hope this helps someone
