As for what to expect during orientation, when I had mine, she (the manager at the time) had me fill out some paperwork, watch some BBU (butterburger university) videos, got my uniform, and gave me a tour of the restaurant

you'll probably start out doing BBU on the computer or tablet if you haven’t already, then you'll be placed on likely register, running, dining room, or custard be sure to pay attention to your trainers on register and or custard, as they are very important positions dining room and running are pretty straight forward, taking orders out to customers or cleaning the dining room if you care
