Thanks for your updates, you are using the latest version of Semi-Annual in PowerPoint, also trying safe mode and online repair, but still can't work As you mention only the specific presentation cannot display as expected, so I will suggest you copy the contents of the problematic presentation to a new one and see if it display successfully
