I had the same issue on my Spectre x360 Win 11, the fix is to reset the power to the USB ports 1 shut down from within Windows 2 unplug the power 3 Unplug all usb devices 4 press and hold the power button for 30 seconds 5 plug the power back in 6 boot up and login That fixed it for me, it's happened twice due to windows updates
