I primarily use Papago Like other said, it is a decent translator; but, you need a fair understanding of the basic of the language to use it effectively Korea is a context-based language so regardless of the translation, a particular word or short phase will mean different things in different situation

Well papago and naver are basically intertwined (at least if you use the papago and or naver app) If you put in a translation, you'll get certain words in the sentence below the translation that you can select and that will lead to the naver dictionary results for that word Because of this, I can't really imagine using one without the other

I don't know how advanced the technology Google Translator uses, but I can say that Papago's priority is Korean <-> other languages translations while that probably isn't the case for Google Translate Use both Google Translate and Papago to cross-check
