In January of 2020, PRS posted a video titled "TCI Pickups with Paul Reed Smith " This is the first full communication from PRS about TCI being a process Paul mentions how inductance and capacitance combine to create a whistle note, and that they are trying to approach pickups now by targeting that note

2005 was a great year for PRS However, not all 20th Anniversary guitars had the 20th Anniversary Package that included the "Birds in Flight" inlays, as shown in the above picture If I were looking for a 20th, I would look for a guitar with the Artist Package and the 20th Anniversary Package

PRS stated the first pickup model with TCI was the SS pickups I believe the same approach was introduced to HE'S in a way where pickups are working in splits they have similar parameters of neck and bridge coils for more pronounced in-between quack
