Absolutely, and ive found any more than 4 connections to a roundabout guarantees it getting clogged I try to stick to 3 unless absolutely necessary, but tbh when im 500+ trips in I try and start pulling out roundabouts and replacing them with direct motorway connections, assuming the motorway gods bestow them on me in sufficient numbers

Pick and use as many motorways as the game gives you It's okay to have 10 of them on the map If you zoom out it seems like a spaghetti, but it's efficient to connect islands Pro-tip: you can drag the motorway around by touching its number sign Doesn't do much but improves visibility Don't mix colors, only if necessary (on double destination)

TL:DR version of the tutorial is you place the first motorway point, then drag from that point to place the end point of the motorway The motorway will run between these two points As some players have pointed out, pausing the game while you place motorways prevents cars immediately trying to use them
