I'll post once I get off the imodium since there aren't much posts about how you feel after tapering off I've only read posts about how people got off at high dosage and felt a long horrible withdrawal like subs or methadone Also if anyone did successfully taper off imodium, did you get the PAWS or any depression?

Loperamide has opioid effects so it's probably listed as having interactions with any other opioids If that's the only reason why I wouldn't take it to mean much It's probably just indicating that loperamide and opioids can both cause constipation and compound on each other Stuff like that Or so id assume
