TH350 Stock converter to a BluePrint 350 w BP Flexplate (new) I have done the research and just wanted to confirm what I have read online with the knowledge base here When I go to bolt the TC and the flywheel together, there is a gap of 210 as measured with feeler gauges (see pic below)

Set the gap where the magnets meet the coil, the rest of the flywheel gap does not matter as long as the flywheel is not contacting the coil laminations If you are not getting spark at 010 gap then its not the air gap, the factory air gap is 015, more likely the coil module has gone bad but check that the shut off wire is not grounded
