This arose over lunch on a CTC ride today, Chris was made redundant just before Xmas and the CTC no longer has a Technical or a Touring officer Apparently the money freed will fund a Marketing and Communications Manager Redundancy terms were statutory minimum - and a card (according to Chris on the CTC forum)

May I make a suggestion, for those that want to continue CTC CUK membership it maybe worth considering life membership For years I used the 5 years for 4 years payment option On suggestion of a club mate I checked the life membership calculator This March I paid in effect less than 8 years senior rate in advance, I’m now a life member

The photo with the original post shows a quill stem and the forks the right way round, boydj Thursday guy, the allen key bolt in the middle of the stem is connected to a wedge that holds the stem in Loosening it allows you to adjust the handlebar height and alignment
