I reinstalled LSLib\Divine, uninstalled the Italian translation in case it created conflicts, however the game still doesn't read mods I'm posting some screenshots of mine or vortex, in case there was some wrong setting However until the update the mods worked perfectly with these settings Thanks for your attention

When you start Baldurs Gate 3 and close it again, look out for a notification in Vortex telling you that "modsettings lsx" was reset If you get that, at least one of your mods in invalid, meaning it's not supported by (this version of) BG3 Also check on the load order page that the mods are all enabled
