This is correct ActBlue will send that money out right away to Biden Nothing will ever be formally rejected, or called out by BLM If an auditor or someone later digs far enough, ActBlue would probably cite that part of the agreement to save themselves, and get BLM to say everything is copacetic and retroactively apply the rejection
