Since AFAIK, one should install the SDK without MSFS-2020 running, I thought publicly sharing the URL where MSFS downloaded the SDK from was OK The URL was posted in the belief that it was the same for- and only useful for- licensed owners of MSFS-2020 I got that impression from this thread:

When MSFS-2020 > DevMode Menu > Help > SDK Installer is first clicked to download "MSFS_SDK_Installer_0 11 0 0 msi" , this is the result: " Request cannot be served " Clicking it again a few minutes later, the link works

What had happened after many years was the latest SDK download link only had the most recent download and as above was missing the rest of the SDK Generating the scenery project inside the sim was a mess, and the project xml got blown out by the scenerysource xml coding
