I play this game 2 player every year and its fantastic when you get good with hotkeys and synchronization you dont have to pause at all for fights (except hard ones, gotta think on those and strategize, but whats boring about that?) everyone in here is lying, this is the best multiplayer game ive ever played, hands down

you assign control of pcs to each player So you can have 6 players that all control 1 character or 2 people who control 3 each or any combination You can also set permissions like if you can access gear from another players inventory, who has control of the pause button and others that i cant remember off the top of my head

GameRanger to my knowledge also supports multiplayer sessions for Baldur's Gate 1 2, if you don't want to do a bunch of fancy things with your internet or all that port forwarding business At least if you plan on playing multiplayer with the original games and not the Enhanced Editions

You can play baldurs gate 1 and 2 over multiplayer Typically, one player hosts and everyone is able to connect to the game Generally you would be able to see the hosted game in the lobby but failing that you can all connect to the same network using something like hamatchi and it will definitely work

My friend and I tried to play some Baldur's Gate II multiplayer and we communictaed via Ventrilo but I think the pacing might be too slow I can't recall 100% but I believe everyone is forced into a conversation which was a nuisance at times

Deciding where to go next, what quests to do etc in BG1 2 can be a bit bothersome in multiplayer That's a constant source of potential mini-arguments, cause there's tons of sidequests and each player naturally wants to do the quests that give loot for their characters

hello, i need help with multiplayer as it constantly says that the frame rates from each client and server are different how can i fix this? You can check the frame rates in your baldur lua file, available in Documents Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition folder, the folder with your saves
