It's an automatic detection by Microsoft Rewards when it identifies that users are searching or completing tasks too quickly within a short period of time In my experience, the best way to resolve fix this is to pause your search activity for a while and try again at later time

I think they changed it so that you have to wait ~5 seconds (at least for me) before you can search for points After a search, wait for that period of time, then search again

I've managed to regain Level 2 status, and I am still capped at 30 points, even though I have done plenty of searches on Bing today I have also attempted Bing searches on my mobile phone and the points are not showing up on my Microsoft Rewards

Try it after clearing the cache and cookies of your browser If it didn't work, try logging out and logging in again with your account You can also try resetting the browser settings to the default If none of these work, Microsoft Rewards might have changed how they award points for suggested searches
